GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Customers who commence using Window Cleaning Specialist
services are bound by these general Terms and Conditions.
1. MONEY BACK GUARANTEE If you have paid in advance for
your cleaning job and you are not 100% satisfied with our work, we will
EITHER promptly attempt to rectify the problem at no cost OR
refund your payment in full.
If we attempt to rectify the problem and you are still not satisfied we will
then
promptly refund your payment in full.
Claims must be made
on the SAME DAY that the work was done to be eligible for the refund.
2. REGULAR MAINTENANCE SERVICE A
Direct Debit Request
Authority may be used to commence a regular
Maintenance Service. The Direct
Debit form includes its own terms and conditions which are to be read in
conjunction with these terms and conditions.
Existing members of our Maintenance Service plan may cancel the
service at any time, however any part payments already received for future cleans are not refundable due to cancellation.
Any amounts paid for cleaning services that have already been completed are
not refundable UNLESS the Money Back Guarantee terms and conditions above
are applicable.
3. NEW CUSTOMER DISCOUNT You will receive a $150 discount
off your first clean if you are a new client commencing a
Regular Maintenance Service using a
Direct Debit Authority with a minimum commitment of one year
(including a minimum of two cleans).
In the event of cancellation of the Regular Maintenance Service (where
the $150 discount has already been applied) the full year commitment amount
is still payable UNLESS the Money Back Guarantee terms and conditions above
are applicable.
4. GENERAL We reserve the right to refuse any customer
work request or terminate any regular service for any reason and refund any
pre-paid amounts for services not fulfilled.
These terms and conditions may be varied at any time without notice.
